A middle-aged man presented with multiple dental concerns requiring comprehensive assessment and staged intervention.

The primary clinical objective was to address structural concerns systematically whilst achieving functional occlusion and aesthetic improvement through coordinated treatment phases.
Treatment Plan & Clinical Process
A comprehensive multi-phase treatment plan was developed with structural restoration prioritised before aesthetic enhancement.
Phase 1: Structural Foundation: Dental crowns were placed on compromised molar teeth to restore proper occlusal support and protect against further structural deterioration. This foundational work established stable posterior occlusion before anterior treatment.
Phase 2: Orthodontic Alignment: Invisalign clear aligner therapy was implemented to address anterior malalignment. Treatment duration and patient compliance were monitored throughout the alignment phase. This stage established proper tooth positioning before definitive restorations.
Phase 3: Aesthetic Enhancement: Professional teeth whitening was performed to optimise baseline tooth colour. Porcelain veneers were subsequently placed on anterior teeth, addressing chipped enamel, wear patterns, and residual aesthetic concerns whilst harmonising with orthodontic outcomes.
